Centuria Capital No. 2 Fund 7.00% 21 April 2021 fixed rate bond

Centuria Capital No. 2 Fund (Centuria) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Australian ASX listed specialist investment manager, Centuria Capital Group. The issuer holds strategic equity investments in a number of listed and unlisted property investments, including Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP), Centuria Urban REIT (ASX: CUA) and Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX: CMA). As at 31 March 2017, Centuria held total assets of $181.2m and equity of $73.9m.

Centuria is guaranteed by Centuria Group an ASX listed specialist investment manager with $3.7bn in funds under management and a 35 year track record. Centuria Group’s primary lines of business include property funds management – managing a portfolio of 18 unlisted funds, and three listed funds – and investment bonds, offering a range of investment products including tax effective bonds and prepaid funeral plans. Centuria Group also holds co-investment stakes in a number of listed and unlisted funds.
